Concept is a leading Air Conditioning and Refrigeration contractor in the New York Metropolitan area. We are privately owned company that has been operating since 1986. We are able to provide mechanical design, installation, maintenance and repair for commercial, retail, institutional, and industrial applications.
Should an emergency occur, a highly trained service technician will be dispatched immediately with a fully stocked vehicle to handle a wide variety of emergencies. Our response is one on the best in the New York Metropolitan area. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
From the smallest repair to the largest installation, they are all handled with the highest level of dedication and quality workmanship. Installations and repairs that we perform, regardless of the size and complexity, are conducted in accordance with local building and environmental codes.

Concept not only designs a maintenance program to fit out customer needs, we take it to the next level with our proactive maintenance programs, which insures your HVAC systems and components to be running at their peek 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It is our motto at Concept, “there is no such time as Down – Time”. We design our maintenance program to meet the unique requirements of our customers.
Because environmental conditions are critical in maintaining proper working environment for our customers’ personnel and to maintain proper conditions needed for high-tech equipment, such as telecommunications, computer rooms, data centers, etc, we use state of the art diagnostic equipments to predict unexpected breakdowns, premature replacements and expensive repairs. As we all know these tools are only as good as the people behind them, and at Concept we have the most dedicated and highly trained staff to fill this need.
